The area is paradisiacal and ideal for hotel and tourist investments. It is situated about five minutes by boat from Santos, and has nearly 100 m of beach measuring 146,568 m2 (36,21 acres) and located in the South region of the city of Guarujá, State of São Paulo, Brazil. The property belongs to our family since the 40’s, and due to succession reasons we decided to put it at sale. The area is known as Sitio Sangaba, and it is an isolated site protected by the natural woods and surrounded by a wonderful beach in a navy land with legal occupation measuring 6,000 m2. The boundaries are natural: at the right sight a Fishing Club (Clube de Pesca de Santos -Ilha das Palmas); at the left side the lands of Gois Beach; in front, the Atlantic Ocean; and behind the limit is with the lands of Icanhema and Mata Atlântica. Even though the area is in the continent, it is nearly isolated by Mata Atlântica because there is only a narrow path cutting the land. The access is made by sea (+- 5 minutes) or by air (helicopter) which causes the area to be extremely private. Our neighbor at one side is the Fishing Club (Clube de Pesca de Santos - Ilha das Palmas) an old and traditional fellowship in Santos where getting a membership is something to be disputed, and the access to the club is got exclusively by sea, as the access to our land. The area has sound documentation such as deed, registration, SPU’s cadaster entry (navy part) and IPTU by the Municipality of Guarujá.
